The Wayne Robertson Band was established in 1990, and since then have enjoyed a rich and varied musical career of performing, recording and broadcasting. The band has appeared regularly on BBC Radio Scotland's 'Take the Floor' and 'The Reel Blend' programs as well as numerous local radio programs.

The band has performed in many of Scotland's top venues, including Stirling, Blair & Fyvie castles, Perth Concert Hall, His Majesty's Theatre in Aberdeen, and top hotels such as The Old Course, St Andrews, Prestonfield House, Edinburgh, Hilton & Marriot Hotels in Glasgow, The Marcliffe at Pitfodels & Ardoe House in Aberdeen.

The band has travelled abroad extensively with trips to the USA, and performances on international cruise ships. The range of music offered by the band is vast, covering all ceilidh dances (Strip The Willow, Dashing White Sergeant, Gay Gordons, Eightsome Reel etc) with Calling if required, pop music, disco, country, rock, jazz standards, ballroom and old time dancing.

The band can vary from a one to six piece including accordion, fiddle, drums, keyboard, guitar, male and female vocalist. This can be discussed and adapted to your specific needs and personal tast.
